2- Do you have other designs not shown on the Website? ost of our collections are currently available for viewing. If you have an idea or a picture that you would like me to work with, please don’t hesitate to e-mail us with it, and we’ll try to accommodate. We are always open for new ideas and suggestions.
3- How long in advance should orders be placed? e prefer to have orders at least 3-4 months prior to the Wedding date. Depending on the order size and availability, we need approximately 6-8 weeks to prepare the order. Expedite orders available. Extra charges will apply. We take into consideration additional time for shipping, to make sure your order reaches you 1 month before your big day.
4- Can I mix and match designs from different collections? es, you can Mix & Match flowers from Different Collections and Sections of the Website. You can order as little or as many as you like.
5- Can you customize orders?
es! All the pictures on the site are just guidelines. Every order is made to your specifications and desires. We can change the color of the ribbons, the color of the flowers; change the size, the stems, and even more. What ever you would like!
6- Do customized orders have additional costs? imple changes such as ribbon colors or flower colors are provided at no additional costs. More drastic changes such as different flowers or size variations may have small additional fee.
7- What are the different kinds of flowers available? e carry a wide variety of Flowers: Roses, Callas, Orchids, Lilies, Magnolias, Ranunculus, Gerbera Daisies, Daisies, Tulips, Hydrangeas, and Lilies of the Valley, Stephanotis, Lilacs and Much More.
8- What Finishing Touches do your Bouquets include? any various options are available. Some include lace, tulle, ribbons or bows, plastic holders and pearl seam. You can mix and match one or more of the finishes at no extra cost.
If you choose to have Tussie Mussie, an extra fee will apply.
9- How can I be sure I am getting what I ordered? ur best suggestion is to order a “mini version” of the bouquet. We send it to you, if you really like it, go ahead and place your order. Before we ship your complete order, we always e-mail you the final product pictures for your approval. Simply e-mail us to advise what’s next, shipping or changes. After all, this is YOUR day!
10- How are the orders shipped? tandard shipping used is Canada Post. If orders need rush delivery, you pick which courier you would like to use (i.e. UPS, Purolator or FedEx) we use tissue paper to wrap the bouquets, plastic bags for boutonnieres and corsages. We will use shipping peanuts when necessary.
