e prefer to have orders at least 3-4 months prior to the Wedding date. Depending on the order size and availability, we need approximately 6-8 weeks to prepare the order. Expedite orders available. Extra charges will apply. We take into consideration additional time for shipping, to make sure your order reaches you 1 month before your big day.

Buy the product you liked as you see on my web site (you can make some changes like ribbon color, or flowers color). It will still take approximately 6-8 weeks to prepare the order because all orders are custom made.


f you like to make some changes to my design such as different flowers, or greenery, or you have a picture of your dream bouquet send me an e-mail and we can start working on this particular project from there.
Before I ship your order, I will e-mail you a picture of your bouquets or decoration for your final approval, at that time you can let me know if you want to make some changes. All reasonable changes will be free of charge. Some extra charges will apply with more extended changes such as size of the bouquet, or different flowers.

For all other custom made orders 50% deposit is required before we start working on your project in form of Pay Pal, Money Order, Credit Cards, or Checks. Balance is due before shipping.  Orders under $100 must be paid in full. All our work is backed up with 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work you can return your order up to 7 days of delivery date, no questions ask. You pay only for   S&H. Return flowers must be packed carefully and shipped in original boxes. They must arrive to us in good condition (no crushed or missing flowers). For your returne please include a copy of the original invoice.

e will charge you a flat rate shipping and handling cost of $25.00 thru PayPal or your method of payment.
Standard shipping used is Canada Post. If orders need rush delivery, you pick which courier you would like to use (i.e. UPS, Purolator or FedEx). We use tissue paper to wrap the bouquets, plastic bags for boutonnieres and corsages. We will use shipping peanuts when necessary.
